Motivational Interviewing Part 2

This part 2 of a 2 part training continues the journey of the Process of M.I. by focusing in on key tools, approaches and mindsets associated with the last two steps - Evoking & Planning. This training will apply these techniques to examples within case management and ask participants to explore how M.I. can make case planning more successful and impactful.

  2. Practice exploring examples of when and how to use Motivational Interviewing with clients

  3. Apply OARS to roleplays and scenarios to develop individual strengths and styles

  4. Develop an in-depth understanding of the last two Stages in the Process of Motivational Interviewing
